What is PowerWatts?

In 1994, exercise physiologist, trainer and former professional triathlete Paulo Saldanha created the PowerWatts indoor training system. Faced with harsh Canadian winters and ever more dense and dangerous urban traffic, Paulo was obsessed with finding an optimal solution that aimed to save time while making progress and able to “measure”, “quantify” and analyse his performance. All this in a warm and safe environment.

A unique methodology

PowerWatts has developed a unique training methodology and training software, which aims to train their coaches with a common philosophy and terminology. The goal is that they can pass on their knowledge to their athletes so that they have a motivating, meaningful and memorable experience.
With the cpX software, athletes benefit from a unique, impactful, fun experience adapted to each individual’s physical level. The performance report issued after each session allows you to follow your progress, your data and better understand their training.
